The hotel has a prime location for seeing attractions. Eateries nearby are numerous! The front desk staff were helpful. My room offered space and the bed was comfortable. It was great.

The bathroom lighting was bad.

convenient location breakfast variety poor soundproofing limited counter

the hotel's location is very convenient. it allows for easy access to key attractions and restaurants nearby. breakfast was ample with a good variety of options each morning.

My room had some issues, the soundproofing was not effective. Street noise disturbed my sleep. the bathroom had limited counter space. This made it difficult to manage toiletries.

the location is amazing. i walked to all the main attractions easily. the staff were helpful and very friendly. breakfast had a huge selection. i really enjoyed the comfortable beds too.

the rooftop area wasn't set up for evening service. it would have been nice to have a drink there after a long day.

The location was very close to main attractions. I liked the breakfast as it offered a variety of foods. Fresh orange juice was available.

The room was not so soundproofed. I could hear my neighbor in the next room easily. That aspect was a real issue.

the staff was helpful and friendly. they arranged a trip for us without any extra charges. they also suggested a great restaurant that was fairly priced. after we checked out, they stored our luggage. when we returned, we were offered complimentary drinks. they also coordinated our taxi even though we hadn't booked it through them.

the room had some wear and tear on the walls though it was clean overall.

central location hospitable staff early check-in

The location was excellent. i was just steps away from the center (sultanahmet). the staff were very hospitable and kind. they even allowed me early check-in. I arrived quite early at 8 am for a 2 pm check-in. the room was a good size, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing.

the room i stayed in had limited soundproofing. i could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.

great experience near hagia sophia

prime location friendly staff good breakfast

the location was amazing for seeing major sites i walked to hagia sophia in under five minutes. the staff was very friendly and helpful especially at reception. breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options.
